The only way this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we record:

The IP address is recorded for abuse prevention and rate limiting.
If you arrive through a link that carries campaign tags in the address (the
utm_source-style parameters used by advertising and referral links), and if
your browser tells us which site you came from, we keep the campaign tags from the address you arrived on, and the address of the site that referred you
in your browser's session storage and attach them to your enquiry if you submit the
form. We do this so we can tell which pages and channels actually help people —
not to identify you.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, as effectively every web server does. Those logs are used to keep the site running and secure, not to identify you.
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry out the work. That is the whole purpose.
Your submission triggers an internal notification. A summary is forwarded by SMS text message to Elevated Systems LLC staff so enquiries are seen promptly. That message travels through a third-party telecommunications provider, in the same way any text message does.
Beyond that, we share your information only:
We do not share your information with any other company for its own marketing.
We keep enquiry records for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, and then delete them.
We keep a record longer only where the law requires it or where it is attached to completed contracted work we must be able to evidence. If that applies to you and you have asked us to delete, we will tell you which record we kept and why.

We will confirm receipt and tell you what we did. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local law; we will honour those on request.
The form is submitted over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and records are held on access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Please do not send sensitive personal information — government identifiers, financial account details, health information — through this form. We do not need it.
This site is intended for electrical and building professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this notice changes, the revised version replaces this one at this same address and the date below changes. We keep a dated record of revisions rather than silently editing the page.
